In ETEC 669: Designing and Developing Interactive Instruction, we had the task of creating a learning program on a subject of our preference. Being a science enthusiast, I chose to build a short e-learning on genetic mutations, specifically designed for high school students with prior knowledge of DNA replication. This project provided an exciting opportunity to demonstrate my skills in learning design and creativity, blending a fun yet serious topic.

Another task for ETEC 669: Designing and Developing Interactive Instruction was to create an interactive documentary based on a professor-provided prompt. My teammate and I found ourselves facing the broad topic of "Food." A lightbulb moment during a brainstorming session led to the idea of crafting a project about The Day of the Dead, inspired by the notion that the souls of beloved ones return from the afterlife to enjoy a good meal. Aimed at intermediate Spanish language learners, this venture included wireframing, style guide determination, SME interviews, video editing, and asset development. We went above and beyond the requirements, offering a downloadable glossary file and translated videos.

In ETEC 665: Introduction to Digital Media, we had the task of creating a learning program picking from a list of topics provided by the professor. As a coffee drinker, I naturally selected illycaffè. the goal was to create a course showcasing the company's identity solely using an annual report. This project turned into an interesting opportunity to demonstrate the ability to extract relevant information while keeping the design style of the company.
