In ETEC 650: Fundamentals of Instructional Design, we were tasked to develop instructional materials on a topic of our choice or for the class group focused on OER and renewable assignments. Opting to contribute to the class project for the final deliverable, my teammate and I took charge of module 4, focusing on Creative Commons licenses for renewable assignments. Following the design style outlined at the beginning, we successfully presented the topic in various formats, such as PDF, website, and PowerPoint. This project marked my inaugural journey into the field of instructional design.

During the internship phase of the graduate program, I had the privilege of working with Randstad. In my role as an instructional designer, I was tasked with designing and developing an e-learning course focused on learning agility for internal use. Although the final product is not publicly accessible, the videos created became integral assets within the online course. This hands-on experience provided me with the opportunity to apply everything I had learned in my courses, including collaborating with subject matter experts, producing videos, editing illustrations, managing projects, and adhering to style guides, among other responsibilities. Besides enhancing my professional capabilities, this project also granted me the freedom to express my creativity within a corporate setting.
